Just as you do out on the dance floor, you must keep some rhythm and movement prior to your swing.





Good show, good points. A sin I have been quite guilty of in the past but am working on it. Like the idea of no practice swing in the box, just line up and DO IT!
Maybe this will lead to some rythm on the dance floor, another place I have never had it………….
