Pre-Shot Routine: Trigger
June 10, 2009
When it comes to your pre-shot routine, try doing the same thing every time (except for the part where you smugly announce “this will be my best drive ever”).

A routine also gets you through those situations on the course where your hands are shaking and your a little dizzy because you are hyper ventilating.
I am still trying to find a trigger … any suggestions?
If you watch the film closely you already have a trigger. You do a little knee bend. A waggle would be good thing to add because it lets you feel the club head.
